Club Directives
1. Club membership will be provided at no charge. It will always stay free and joining is simple,
you can do this by email or attending one of our meetings which are held at 2 p.m. on the 2nd &
4th Sunday of every month at the Brazos Valley Off-road Ranch. At the meeting you can fill out
the information sheet and let us get to put a face with a name. Our group is a family oriented
group, ranging from teenagers to older adults that like to go off-roading. Vehicles range from
stock to highly modified.

2. This club is an extension of the TX4WD Cyber club. Go here for statewide information.

3. I, Eric Hurt, as this chapter president will ensure this web site will stay current and provide
free information, including area maps and motel information, trails, membership roster and
swap meets, etc.

4. All chapter members should consider displaying the club logo with local chapter on their
vehicle. This rocker will identify that chapter by city name. These decals can be purchased at
the club meetings.

5. The "standard" CB channel 4 throughout the great State of Texas, with exceptions as
needed.*

6. The TX4WD Forum will be the official vehicle for communication for this club. You can
register on the forum and chat with us regardless if you become a member or not. This is where
you will find out when and where the meetings will be held. Make sure you select the
Bryan/College Station chapter when you join. You will only be able to see our chapter
information if you are a member of our chapter.

Agreements:
1. Members are encouraged to display a TX4WD Organization logo and chapter rider sticker on
their four wheel drive vehicle.

2. Members are encouraged not to consume alcoholic beverages prior to or during any driving
activities. This is for your safety, your passenger's safety, and the safety of others on the offroad
trails or roadways. Remember: It is illegal in the State of Texas to have an open alcoholic
beverage container in your vehicle.

3. Your four wheel drive vehicle should be in proper and safe working condition

4. Members should always render aid or attempt to render aid to other members, fellow
off-roaders, or anyone else on the off-road trails or roadways, and contact the proper emergency
personnel if the need arises.

5. Members should equip their vehicles with the proper emergency, recovery, and repair
equipment.

6. Members are encouraged to drive off-road responsibly. This includes respecting the private
property rights of others, not willfully damaging or throwing litter on the off-road trails or
roadways.

Now, if you agree with all of the above and meet all of the qualifications, please complete and
submit the Membership form below. The information will be reviewed by the Chapter President
and a reply will be sent to you via e-mail, phone call, or mail.

We respect your privacy. Therefore, the information which you send in the e-mail will not be
published on the Internet, sold, or distributed in any way without your consent. The information
is for our records. Only the information you wish to be seen on our Members page will be
posted.

We welcome you and look forward to meeting you while roaming
both the discovered and undiscovered off-road trails in the State of Texas and in the Nation.

Membership
Membership is free and will always remain free. All members must be at least 18 years of age,
own a valid Texas state driver's license, and own a 4 wheel drive vehicle. You can find the
